As the visionary minds behind Space Planning Specialists, Becky and Mark have transitioned from their roles as President/Principal Designer and Vice President to a well-earned retirement. While they are no longer involved in day-to-day operations, their wisdom and guidance continue to influence our projects and practices. Their behind-the-scenes collaboration remains a vital part of our company, ensuring that their pioneering spirit and dedication to excellence still guide us today.
BECKY WHITWORTH
“He who fails to plan, plans to fail.”
Becky Whitworth was the principal designer and president of Space Planning Specialists. She is a state-registered interior designer and certified NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification). Over two decades ago, while serving as the Director of Interior Design at a Dallas-based architectural firm, she conceived Space Planning Specialists. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas and a native Texan. Becky has extensive experience designing office, industrial, high-tech, medical, and retail facilities.
MARK STAHL
“On Time, On Budget”
Mark Stahl served as Vice President with more than 30 years of experience. Mark is a seasoned design and construction administration professional with a background in design and development, construction administration, and consulting. He specializes in managing and performing cost control, scheduling, project control, and risk management. Mark’s expertise brought added value to our clients’ projects through all phases of design and construction.
